​ABBA Booking Policies

Please be advised that your contact to inquire about accommodation at ABBA Guesthouse does not, by any means, automatically constitute a confirmed booking and /or reservation with this establishment​

 

Deposit Policy: A 50% deposit will secure your booking, contact us to make alternate arrangements for special cases.

Cancellation Policy: If booking is cancelled at least one month prior to the arrival date, 10% of the deposit will be kept back for administration. Banking costs will also be to your account.

A booking cancelled less than one month in advance will forfeit the full deposit.

 

A booking that needs to be changed depends on the availability of rooms at the time.

 

Check-in policy: Between 14:00 and 17:00 on the day of arrival.​

If you plan to arrive after 17:00 you need to advise us of such.

If you fail to do the above, your room will be given to someone on the waiting list.
