OCS Values
Passion: We live and work with passion. (Love / creativity / fire / enthusiasm / positive attitude / zeal / interest / eagerness / self-motivated…)
Question: Am I hot or lukewarm in all I do? Do I do it out of conviction or just as a job?
Excellence: We give attention to detail – we become brilliant in the basics and pay attention to getting things done right the first time. We become faithful in the little things.
Question: “In which area can I give more attention to detail? How can I improve what I do?”
Teamwork: The good of the team comes before the personal comfort or agenda of any individual team member.
Question: “What can I do to make the team better – specific actions?”
Integrity: We always do what is right, not what is easy, cheap, popular or convenient. We do so without excuse and regardless of cost.
Question: Am I hiding anything? Am I fearing that someone will report what I was doing in the “dark”.
Personal growth: We are all expected to work as hard on improving ourselves as on getting better at our jobs. Each employee has a personal growth plan.
Question: “What did I learn in the last few days that I did not know before? In which areas do I need extra skills or extra knowledge?”
